The menu includes 5 changes in nutrition, i.e. 2 days – first regime, the next two days – the second, etc. until the last fifth of the regime. The first 6 days of the diet is its main phase. The main phase:
(First regime): Day 1 and 2
Breakfast: 200 grams of boiled broccoli with salt, 1-2 cups of black tea without sugar.
Lunch: 150 grams of boiled chicken and 250 ml. slightly salted chicken broth, 100 grams of boiled broccoli with salt.
Dinner: 250 grams of boiled broccoli with salt, 1-2 cups of black tea without sugar.

(Second regime): Day 3 and 4
Breakfast: Braised broccoli on olive oil with added pepper and garlic. In a deep frying pan pour the olive oil, put 200 grams of broccoli, 1 crushed clove of garlic and 1 finely chopped Bulgarian pepper and a little salt. Braise 20 minutes with closed lid on small fire.
Lunch: Braised broccoli on olive oil with tomatoes and onions. In a deep frying pan pour the olive oil; put 150 grams of broccoli, half the medium onion and 2 chopped tomatoes and a little salt. Braise 20 -25 minutes with closed lid on small fire.
Dinner: Same as menu for breakfast.

(Third regime): Day 5 and 6
Breakfast: Salad from broccoli, low-fat sour cream and boiled beef. Boil 100 grams beef, mix with 100 grams of finely chopped broccoli, and add 2 tablespoons of sour cream with a low percentage of fat, a little salt. One glass of kefir with low fat content.
Lunch: 200 grams of broccoli in slightly scalded slightly salted water. Place broccoli in a saucepan of boiling water. Boil it no more than 5 minutes.
Dinner: 150 grams of boiled beef with salt, 1 cup of clean water.

Additional phase
(Fourth regime): Day 7 and 8
Breakfast: 100 grams of boiled broccoli, 2 chicken eggs, 1 cup of black tea without sugar.
Lunch: Broccoli soup. In cooked chicken broth (300 ml), add 100 grams of broccoli, 2 bunches of parsley, a little salt. Cook on small fire 20 minutes.
Dinner: 2 slices of rye bread, 1 tomato, 100 grams of cooked broccoli, 1 cup of tomato juice.

(Fifth regime): Day 9 and 10
Breakfast: 100 grams of boiled broccoli with salt, 2 boiled carrots.
Lunch: 100 grams of boiled broccoli with salt, 100 grams of boiled fish (you can use any fish).
Dinner: 200 grams of boiled broccoli with salt, 1 potato boiled in their jackets.
